AT STUD… CH Dulcinea's Laurence L'Amant
This is "Larry"
(Scroll all the way down on this page for Larry's pedigree.)
Larry was 4 yrs old on 7-13-2023. He produces mostly pied (fawn and brindle), black masked fawn, brindle, or fawn puppies. Larry weighs 27 lbs.
As of 2-6-24, Larry has been bred 15 times.
Larry is DNA'd with the Amerian Kennel Club as V901878.
He is negative (or clear) and OFA'd for all 5 areas that currently are recommended to test for in French Bulldogs:
~ Canine Hyperuricosuria
~ Degenerative Myelopathy
~ Juvenile Hereditary Cateracts
~ Canine Multifocal Rhetinopathy
~ Cystinuria
Please note these are "genetic markers". Having the marker does not necessarily mean the dog will have the medical problem associated with it. NOT having the marker does not mean he/she WON'T.
But I think it is in the best interest of any breed to try to breed away from genetic markers, and not just ignore them.
We do not do any breedings ourselves.
I can bring my Stud Dog to your Veterinarian, if within a reasonable distance. In that event, the $500 Stud Fee must be in cash at the time of breeding.
or
Semen can be shipped chilled via UPS or FedEx. The Stud Fee is to be paid in advance of shipment. Shipping and Vet charges are also the responsibility of the bitch owner. Breeding or shipment will be performed by my Veterinarian:
Dr Len Lucero, Sumter Mobile Vet Svc
3303 CR 526, Sumterville, FL 33585
Cell/text: 352-638-5001
If you are anticipating a breeding, you should be prepared for the event. Once a girl goes into heat, it could be only a matter of a few days until she is ready to breed. And you need to "have your ducks in a row", so to speak.
If there is no resultant pregnancy, you will be given a second attempt. Please note that you are also responsible for paying the shipping and Veterinary costs for any second attempt.
Please know that we will NOT breed to any bitches who are not AKC Registered.
This is not personal. It is a matter of compliance with the Code of Ethics of the French Bull Dog Club of America, and keepng the breed pure.
If you are interested in breeding to any of our boys,

Thank you professional handler, Julie Crook !
We are very happy about his show successes... and of course, we think he is the cutest boy who ever lived !
Larry is a son of Sheldon's Theodore Le Grand (above). Theodore (or Teddy) was co-owned by me and my friend, Larry, who was very ill with cancer ~ which is the reason why we never showed Theodore, and the reason why I named Theodore's son "Larry" ~ after my dear friend who has, since then, gone over the Rainbow Bridge. I know you're looking down on us Brother :-)
Larry's mother is Dulcinea's Claudette (below). Claudette lives with my friend, Ginger, in Riverview.
Of the 126 animals in Larry's 6 generation pedigree

THE AMERICAN KENNEL CLUB IS THE GOLD STANDARD:
